PRODUCT

The intelligence brain, end to end.

Intelain sits on top of everything your company already runs and closes the loop from raw data to a decision you can stand behind. Underneath the loop is a cognitive layer: a permanent memory, a graph of your whole company, a conversation you can interrogate and teach, a research loop that goes and finds out, and a published readout of where its attention sits. It does the thinking. You make the call.

THE COGNITIVE LAYER
01 · REMEMBER

A memory that doesn't forget

Every signal it noticed, every line of reasoning, every conversation you had with it, every decision you made, every action taken and every outcome that followed is written to an append-only, hash-chained episodic log. Entries are never edited and never expire. Recall is associative: it blends meaning, recency, importance and how strongly the moment registered, and it shows you the weight behind each memory it surfaced.

  • Append-only, hash-chained history of signals, decisions, actions, outcomes and conversations
  • Associative recall that explains why each memory came back, factor by factor
  • Search memory, or open the full timeline and read it end to end
02 · UNDERSTAND

One graph of the whole company

Connect the systems you already use (CRM, ERP, finance, operations, support, files, sensors) and your document libraries alongside them: one research library of 26 PDFs became 51 connected document nodes. Projects, reports, people and KPIs join the same graph. Nodes are ranked by importance, so the brain leads with the metric that actually carries the business, and it can trace "why did this move?" back along the chain of drivers. Its coverage is measured and published (one account currently reports 98.9%), and it lists what it does not know rather than answering around the gap.

  • Databases and document corpora in one graph, with projects, reports, people and KPIs
  • Importance ranking across the graph, plus driver tracing for "why did this move?"
  • An honest coverage score, and a published list of the gaps it hasn't closed yet
  • Business glossary: your definitions of margin, churn and active customer, not ours
03 · DISCUSS & TEACH

A conversation that remembers you

Not a chat box that resets between logins: a stateful discussion that carries across sessions. Behind every answer there is a grounding drawer you can open: what it recalled, what it knows, and where its attention currently sits, so you can check the reasoning instead of trusting the tone. And you can teach it: tell it "remember that protecting West margin is the priority this quarter" and it becomes durable, human-authored knowledge, attributed to the person who wrote it.

  • Discussions that persist across sessions and keep their thread
  • A grounding drawer behind every answer: recalled memory, known facts, current focus
  • Teach it in plain language; what you teach it is stored as durable, attributed knowledge
04 · INVESTIGATE

When the answer isn't in your database

Intelain runs a real investigation loop rather than guessing. It queries your own data, searches the public web, and opens and browses the pages it finds, capturing a screenshot of what it actually looked at. Every step is visible while it works, and every tool result is kept as evidence attached to the answer. The whole research loop is read-only by construction: it can query, search, read and browse, and it cannot write anything back.

  • An agentic loop over your data and the public web, with each step shown live
  • It opens and reads pages, and keeps the screenshot of what it saw
  • Every tool result retained as evidence; read-only by construction
05 · FUNCTIONAL FEELINGS

Six vitals, published so you can audit them

Concern, confidence, curiosity, satisfaction, stress and urgency, each computed by appraising real events in your data. They are a prioritization readout, not an inner life: they govern what the brain looks at first, when it is allowed to interrupt you, and whether it may act on its own at all. Every vital drills straight down to the cited events that moved it, with the weight each one contributed. Intelain makes no claim to consciousness, sentience or emotion in any human sense. It is a dial, and the dial shows its work.

  • Six vitals appraised from real events, visible at all times
  • Drill into any vital to see the cited events that moved it, and by how much
  • Vitals gate attention, interruption and autonomy, so the mechanism is inspectable
THE DECISION LOOP
06 · PREDICT

Forecasts you can interrogate

The brain runs forward simulations on the KPIs that matter: cash, margin, churn, stock, pipeline. Every forecast ships with a confidence band and its drivers, and you can ask what if before committing: what if we raise price 4%? What if the supplier slips two weeks?

  • Confidence-banded forecasts on your core KPIs
  • What-if scenarios, answered from your own data in seconds
  • Early-warning signals when a number starts drifting off its expected path
07 · RECOMMEND

Ranked recommendations, with the receipts

Where analytics hands you a chart, Intelain hands you the call to make: options ranked by expected impact, each with its rationale, its citations, its cost of waiting, and what it remembers about the last time this happened. Every number traces to a query you can open and re-run against your live data. The final decision is always yours.

  • A ranked recommendation feed: what to do first, and why
  • Evidence chips on every claim: click → see the query → re-run it live
  • Recalled precedent attached: what you decided last time and how it actually turned out
08 · ACT

From advice to execution, on your terms

Choose the autonomy level per company: advisory only, approve-to-act, or auto-handling of the low-risk routine. Actions are risk-classed, approval-gated, fully audited, and ship with a rollback plan. The 6am briefing tells you what already resolved itself overnight.

  • The autonomy ladder: advisory → approve-to-act → auto on low-risk only
  • Every action risk-classed and approval-gated; high-risk always needs a human
  • Immutable audit of everything the brain does, and one-click rollback
IT GETS BETTER, PRIVATELY
09 · LEARN

Verified outcomes change how it thinks

When an outcome is confirmed, the brain recalibrates: how confident it is allowed to sound in that domain moves with its actual track record. A fix that verifiably worked is promoted into a playbook, so the same situation gets the proven answer first. And a pattern that keeps holding up against real outcomes is upgraded from "these two move together" to a confirmed cause. Being wrong costs it something, which is what makes the batting average worth reading.

  • Confidence recalibrated against verified outcomes, per domain
  • Proven fixes promoted into playbooks and offered first next time
  • Correlations promoted to confirmed causes only once real outcomes back them
10 · ISOLATE

A separate, private brain per company

Every company gets its own brain. Its memories, its graph, its learned knowledge and its vitals belong to that company alone. Isolation is enforced at the boundary rather than by convention, and it is covered by tests that assert one company's brain cannot read another's memories, knowledge or state. Nothing your brain learns leaks sideways.

  • Per-company memory, knowledge graph, learned knowledge and vitals
  • Isolation enforced at the data boundary and proven by test
  • What your brain learns stays your brain's
